About the job Assistant Manager (Bendemeer)

  • Screen and process applications for specialist accreditation and registration

  • Correspond with applicants and employers regarding applications

  • Review and manage accreditation and registration policies

  • Provide secretariat support for Board/Council and committee meetings

  • Handle enquiries and update medical practitioners database

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates welcome; experience in regulatory, policy, or administrative work is a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident demeanor

  • Critical thinking, data analysis, and customer relationship management skills

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team player

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hourly Rate: Diploma (3–5 yrs exp) $13.64 | Degree $20.77

Duration/ working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–6:00pm

  • Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
