RPA Bot Developer

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to design, build and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business process owners to analyse, map and redesign workflows.

• Develop, test, deploy and maintain RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate.

• Support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and monitor bot performance through reports and dashboards.

• Create technical documentation and user training materials.

• Enhance and debug existing Excel macros and automate processes with RPA or other tools.

• Maintain version control, change management documentation, and support change management initiatives.

• Provide training and guidance to citizen developers to uplift automation capabilities.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen/PR with a tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field.

• Relevant RPA certification with hands-on experience in UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in Excel Macros, QlikSense, Power BI, with basic SQL and API knowledge.

• Familiarity with process mapping/modeling tools.

• Strong coding knowledge (advantageous for complex automations and integrations).

• Able to deliver production-ready bots within tight sprint cycles.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract 

42 hours per week
