Key Responsibilities to support Chief Executive and 2 Senior Management:

Calendar Management:

o Organize and maintain schedules and calendars

o Book appointments and meetings

o Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Administrative Support:

o Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters)

o Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)

o Organise meeting materials for principals

o Submit travel, entertainment and monthly transport claims.

Requirement:

Key Skills & Competencies:

Experience in a PA or administrative role

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Discretion and trustworthiness

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
