About the job Service Excellence Officer (Ubi)

  • Manage and act on public feedback promptly, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery.
  • Support the implementation of service excellence initiatives, plans, and policies.

  • Liaise with internal departments/units to follow up on feedback and service matters.

  • Collate, monitor, and generate feedback statistics and reports for analysis.

  • Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • Knowledge of public service operations and safety measures is an advantage.

  • Duration/ Working hours:

    11 months contract (Dec 2025/Jan 2026 Tentative)

    42 hours per week
