  • Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director of the Health Programs Office.

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and trips.

  • Assist with managing division budgets and relevant financial processes.

  • Support health initiatives, including budget tracking and financial procedures.

  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Proactive and able to work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Good communication skills for internal coordination and stakeholder management.

  • Experience in financial processes or administrative roles is advantageous

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract ( Jan 2026 to Dec 2026)

42 hours per week
