About the job Temp Admin Executive(Chinatown)
- Serve as the Personal Assistant to the Director of the Health Programs Office.

Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and trips.

Assist with managing division budgets and relevant financial processes.

Support health initiatives, including budget tracking and financial procedures.

Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good communication skills for internal coordination and stakeholder management.

Experience in financial processes or administrative roles is advantageous
