8.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Job Scope
- Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organisations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email inquiries.
- Assist in coordinating group tours scheduling.
- Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
- Aid in collaborating with third-party vendor(s) to reconcile accounts and sales.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department for revenue tracking.
- Provide assistance with MarketPlace booth sales.
- Provide support for marketing eg coordinating with appointed PR agency
- Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in July 2026.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Qualification : Diploma - Degree
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, events coordination, or administrative support is preferred.
- Experience in conducting cold calls, lead generation, or handling customer inquiries will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to confidently engage corporate, community, and government stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate scheduling, manage sales pipelines, and handle basic account reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or sales-tracking tools.
