Job Scope

  • Provide support for new coffee table book production eg organising the photo library, coordinating with publisher/writer, etc
  • Provide support for volunteer management eg tee shirts, Access Pass + Lanyards, Volunteers Lounge, etc
  • Provide support for ceremonies e.g. catering, etc
  • Provide support for coordination of VIPs visits
  • Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity leading up to the event in July 2026.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.



Requirements

  • Qualification : Diploma - Degree
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage photo libraries, materials, and event resources.
  • Able to coordinate with external parties such as publishers, writers, vendors, and volunteers.
  • Comfortable assisting with event logistics, including catering, access passes, volunteer arrangements, and VIP coordination. 
  • Willing to support and participate in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the event in July 2026. 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and take on ad-hoc duties as assigned. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently and in a team.
