About the job Administrative cum Operation Support Officer (Bukit Batok)
1. Administrative Functions
-
Manage reception duties and enquiries
-
Schedule appointments and maintain school calendars
-
Prepare and distribute letters, memos, and reports
-
Support school events and activities
-
Handle procurement tasks
-
Liaise with teachers, students, and parents
-
Manage office supplies and inventory
-
Perform data entry and maintain databases
-
Assist the admissions team during peak periods
2. Operations Functions
-
Provide logistical and coordination support for school events
-
Liaise with external vendors
-
Support the Safety Committee and Vice Principal by:
-
Coordinating safety meetings and follow-up actions
-
Managing safety records and reports
-
Organising fire and lockdown drills
-
Communicating with external agencies on safety matters
-
Requirement:
-
GCE A Level, Diploma, or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-
Proficient in Canva
-
Strong communication and coordination skills
-
Organised, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively
Duration/ Working hours:
2 months- cover maternity (5 Jan 2026 to 6 Mar 2026)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
