ICT cum Media Personnel (Choa Chu Kang)

1. Training & Instruction

• Conduct workshops for staff on software applications

• Support teachers and prepare students with ICT skills

• Deliver ICT lessons (Google Suite, Chrome/Android apps)

• Train students in photo/video editing and support media competitions

• Work with Media Club for school/CCA events

2. Media Production

• Photograph and film key school events, including editing

• Create instructional videos and content for departments

• All produced content will be school-owned

3. Technical Support

• Provide support for MS Teams/Google Meet

• Check and maintain projectors and AV systems

• Troubleshoot software/hardware issues

• Train student representatives in basic AV operations

4. Administration & Maintenance

• Update school ICT portal and digital signage

• Manage equipment loans and assist in asset stock-takes

• Maintain departmental records

Requirements

• Certification in ICT/Multimedia disciplines

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere Pro) or equivalent (e.g., Canva)

• Skilled in Google Suite & MS Office 2016/365

• Knowledge of syntax/block-based programming (preferred)

• Strong instructional and communication skills

• Minimum 3 years experience as ICT/AV personnel (school experience preferred)

• Skilled in DSLR photography/videography and post-processing

• Familiar with Chrome OS (Chromebooks) and iOS (iPads)

• Portfolio submission encouraged

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mon to Thurs: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fri: 7.30am to 4pm
