Part-Tme Science Lab Assistant (Sengkang)

• Prepare materials and set up experiment apparatus for lessons.

• Maintain and update lab inventory, loan lists, and resource cupboards.

• Assist teachers during hands-on lessons and demonstrations.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of science rooms and equipment.

• Perform minor maintenance of equipment (e.g., magnets, microscope bulbs).

• Support clerical tasks and preparation of teaching resources (e.g., laminating flashcards).

• Assist with stock-taking and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in a primary school setting.

• Fluent in English, team-oriented, and pleasant disposition.

• Preferably hands-on and knowledgeable in basic first aid.

10 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

• Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 2.00 pm, inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break
• Service not required during school holidays or when the school is having a school event where teaching and learning do not take place.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
