Temp Service Staff (Tuas)

• Assist members of the public with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) submissions, Special Assistance Lanes (SAL), and QR code submissions.
• Guide bus travellers on the use of automated clearance gates.
• Support traffic flow management at train and bus arrival halls.
• Tally the number of passengers against the chips provided to drivers at the cargo exit.
• Assist cargo drivers with SGAC submissions where required.
• Help travellers with QR code processes at vehicle zones.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma, A Level, O Level, or NITEC qualification.
• Able to work on a rotating shift schedule.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Shift 1 (5 days/week)

• 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday
• Monday to Friday: 9:30am 6:00pm
• Saturday: 9:30am 5:30pm
• Sunday: Rest day
• One weekday off each week (rostered)

Shift 2 (5 days/week)

• 4 weekdays and 1 Sunday
• Monday to Friday: 9:30am 6:00pm
• Saturday: Rest day
• Sunday: 2:00pm 10:00pm
• One weekday off each week (rostered)

Shift 3 (3 days/week)

• Friday to Sunday: 5:00pm 10:00pm
