Senior Manager (Research)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with tertiary institutions and research organisations to conduct applied research, particularly in Human Factors Engineering (HFE).
• Conduct research in areas such as Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis.
• Apply research findings to develop design parameters for new platforms and enhance existing platforms.
• Derive live-virtual training mixes for platform training.

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, STEM, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Factors Engineering, STEM, or related fields.
• Experience collaborating with industry partners on research and testing projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent report writing and English communication skills.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Require to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with up to 2 days work-from-home available
