Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on digitised/scanned documents for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
  • Record errors and update file status on provided listings.
  • Rename and upload scanned documents to archival files in the Enterprise Management System (EMS).
  • Account for physical and digitised files until returned to the registry team.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital filing systems.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately.

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (June 2027 to May 2027)

42 hours per week
