Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on digitised/scanned documents for completeness, accuracy, and legibility.
- Record errors and update file status on provided listings.
- Rename and upload scanned documents to archival files in the Enterprise Management System (EMS).
- Account for physical and digitised files until returned to the registry team.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital filing systems.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately.
Duration/ Working hours:
12 months contract (June 2027 to May 2027)
42 hours per week
