Programme Manager (Pasir Panjang)

• Manage and deliver IT projects and services efficiently with strong governance and service continuity.

• Collaborate with divisions and vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Analyse data to identify trends, propose solutions, and enhance service delivery.

• Drive change management and service performance initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Systems.

• 3-5 years experience in IT service continuity or change management.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and ITIL v4 preferred.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Duration/ Working hours:

6 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 30 Jun 2026)

42 hours per week
