Grants Administration & Management

Engage applicants to explain grant objectives and address queries

Process Harmony Fund applications end-to-end (assessment, communications, approvals, project monitoring, and grant disbursement)

Maintain grant registry and tracking, report grant data, optimise workflows
-
Support reviews and streamlining of grant administration processes
Secretariat Support

Manage meeting schedules for senior management
-
Assist with committee meeting logistics (attendance, venue prep, materials, refreshments)
-
Prepare contracts, appointment letters and coordinate security clearances
Project Administration
-
Review incoming documents and liaise with agencies and external partners for input
Other Duties
-
Support ad-hoc administrative needs when required
Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication
-
Meticulous, organised and process-oriented
-
Good analytical skills with ability to evaluate proposals and make recommendations

Proficient in IT and administrative tasks
Minimum 1-2 years or more than 3 years of experience
- Degree in Arts & Social Sciences, Humanities, Communications, Business, Arts/Heritage Administration or related fields
12 months contract (Mid Feb 2026)
42 hours per week
