AV Media Spcialist (Choa Chu Kang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain PA systems, AV equipment, and TV broadcast systems.
• Provide AV support for school assemblies, events, and examinations.
• Troubleshoot AV equipment and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Provide photography, videography, and video editing support for school events.
• Train and supervise AV Club students in operating AV equipment.
• Maintain AV inventory, loan records, and assist in procurement of AV equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of AV & Media support experience (experience in MOE schools or equivalent preferred).
• Proficient in operating wireless microphones, audio mixers, and troubleshooting AV systems.
• Experience in photography, videography, and video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
• Good communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration/Working hours:

8 months contract (Option to extend 1 year) (Oct 2026 to Jun 2027)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays:
7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1/2hr lunch break

Services on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays,
although quite rare, may be requested by the college when the need
arises.

Off-days/time off-in-lieu will be given to compensate staff for duties on
weekends/public holidays
