About the job Receptionist (Stand-In Support role) (Labrador Park)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk and reception duties
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages
  • Attend to walk-in visitors and contractors
  • Record and manage all enquiries and correspondences
  • Administer visitor registration and issue passes
  • Coordinate courier services (incoming & outgoing)
  • Arrange maintenance for office equipment (e.g. copiers, toner)
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level (including English & Mathematics)
  • Singapore Citizen
  • At least 1 year of receptionist/frontline customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good telephone etiquette and call-handling skills
  • Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Duration/Working hours:

3 years contract (Option to extend another 2 year) (Sep/Oct 2026 to Sep/Oct 2029)

Mondays to Thursdays 0830 hrs till 1800 hrs
Fridays 0830 hrs till 1730 hrs

May be required to provide stand-in support for reception duties as needed, including covering absences or operational requirements
