Senior Manager (Outram)

eeking a detail-oriented individual to support asset management operations and stakeholder coordination for logistics and facility-related programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and account for assets stored in 3PL warehouses
• Verify asset condition, track loaned items, and coordinate redistribution to agencies, NGOs, or healthcare institutions
• Support disposal of expired, redundant, or damaged assets
• Assist in reviewing, extending, and managing MOUs with hotel partners
• Coordinate engagement sessions, site visits, and IPC compliance checks
• Ensure alignment with updated Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) requirements
• Prepare reports and updates for internal reporting
• Support ad-hoc operational and project tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 12 years of work experience
• Strong operational and inventory management experience
• Good understanding of compliance and process adherence
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to support change management and process updates
• Strong coordination and collaboration abilities
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Duraton/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
