Key Responsibilities:

Training & Organisation Development

  • Support Learning & Development administration, including handling queries, course nominations/registrations, and e-learning account management
  • Coordinate with officers, training providers, and VITAL on course arrangements
  • Provide logistical support for induction programmes and OD-related events
  • Assist in data processing, report generation, and data cleaning for reporting purposes

Recruitment, Contract Management & Offboarding

  • Support recruitment processes including job postings, application shortlisting, interview arrangements, written tests, and candidate follow-ups
  • Manage offboarding processes, ensuring exit checklists are completed
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining employee contract records
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Prior HR experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Good stakeholder management skills (internal and external)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend)

Monday to Friday: 42 hours per week
