Job Responsibilities
- Supervise students during detention/suspension sessions (after school, Mon–Fri).
- Manage discipline room operations, including latecomer monitoring and attendance records.
- Maintain and update disciplinary data (offences, attendance, phone confiscation, etc.).
- Support case follow-ups, student behaviour monitoring, and reintegration into school routines.
- Assist with student movement supervision, patrols, and examination support duties.
- Liaise with teachers, HODs, and school leaders on discipline matters and student cases.
- Support restorative practices and behavioural development interventions.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- MOE school experience preferred.
- Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiar with school systems and data entry.

Duration/Working hours:
3 months contract (Option to extend another 9 months + 9 months) (Aug 2026 to Oct 2026)
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
- Any additional working hours will be compensated by Off-In-Lieu (Time-Off) subject to approval from supervisor.
