Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise students during detention/suspension sessions (after school, Mon–Fri).
  • Manage discipline room operations, including latecomer monitoring and attendance records.
  • Maintain and update disciplinary data (offences, attendance, phone confiscation, etc.).
  • Support case follow-ups, student behaviour monitoring, and reintegration into school routines.
  • Assist with student movement supervision, patrols, and examination support duties.
  • Liaise with teachers, HODs, and school leaders on discipline matters and student cases.
  • Support restorative practices and behavioural development interventions.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • MOE school experience preferred.
  • Experience working with youths, student discipline, or behavioural support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with school systems and data entry.

Duration/Working hours:

3 months contract (Option to extend another 9 months + 9 months)  (Aug 2026 to Oct 2026)

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Fridays: 7.30 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
  • Any additional working hours will be compensated by Off-In-Lieu (Time-Off) subject to approval from supervisor.
  • Working hours may vary at times depending on the school's needs
