Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate grant assessment, evaluation, and approval processes.
  • Review grant applications, supporting documents, and proposed budgets.
  • Process grant disbursements and verify compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate grant, financial, and documentation records.
  • Prepare assessment and disbursement reports.
  • Liaise with grant applicants and other stakeholders.
  • Support other integration-related projects and workstreams as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Experience in government agencies, statutory boards, or grant administration is preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements is an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Sept 2026 to Aug 2027)

42 hours per week
