About the job Operation Support Officer (Clarke Quay)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to public and stakeholder email enquiries professionally and accurately

Conduct fact-finding and draft responses for approval

Coordinate logistics packing and delivery, track status and maintain inventory

Provide on-site support at Culture Pass Office events, engage members of the public and assist with credit activation and ticketing

Perform general administrative duties as required
Requirements

Excellent written English
-
Strong organisation skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems (training provided)

Willing to support events outside regular working hours

Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Events or Arts Management (or related fields)
3 months (Subject to extend)
42 hours per week
