About the job Operation Support Officer (Clarke Quay)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to public and stakeholder email enquiries professionally and accurately

  • Conduct fact-finding and draft responses for approval

  • Coordinate logistics packing and delivery, track status and maintain inventory

  • Provide on-site support at Culture Pass Office events, engage members of the public and assist with credit activation and ticketing

  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Excellent written English

  • Strong organisation skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT systems (training provided)

  • Willing to support events outside regular working hours

  • Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, Events or Arts Management (or related fields)

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months (Subject to extend)

42 hours per week
