Administrative Support

Perform HR-related administrative tasks (e.g., appointment of flexi-adjunct teachers, leave tracking, issuance of door access cards) using relevant HR/IT systems

Maintain staff contact lists, organisation charts, parking records, and other HR data
-
Support onboarding and exit processes for school staff

Handle courier/postage matters and general office filing/documentation

Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties as part of the admin team
Counter Services (Approx. 30%)

Manage General Office counter, walk-ins, and calls; record queries for follow-up

Assist students who are unwell

Communicate with staff, parents, and other stakeholders regarding student matters
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 GCE O level passes including English (C6 or better) or equivalent
-
At least 2 years experience in office administration
-
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage children aged 7–12 years

Positive, proactive team player

First-aid certification preferred

Experience in MOE schools is an advantage
12 months contract (Option to extend another year) (16 Feb 26 to 15 Feb 2027)
Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, except one weekday, where
end time is at 3:30pm instead of 4:00pm
The working hours include a 30-min lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
