About the job Executive (Payroll) (Maxwell)
Looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Payroll & Claims team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll and claims services for our service partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll and claims using SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.

Handle monthly salary payments, increments, bonuses, AWS, allowances, statutory contributions, and exit cases.

Ensure proper approvals and verification before payroll submission.

Manage billings, manual computations (e.g., overpayments), recoveries, journals, and payment vouchers.

Provide timely support and responses to service partners.

Review work processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Support any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:

12 years of payroll or claims processing experience preferred (fresh candidates with good attitude may apply).

Diploma/Degree in Business, HR, Accountancy, Finance or related field.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power Query, VBA, PowerBI) is an advantage.

Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, Excelity) is beneficial.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
