  • Serve as the main point of contact for 12 assigned agency accounts.

  • Manage day-to-day agency requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate in-house and consultancy requests.

  • Prepare proposals for agency endorsement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal coordination.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
