- Serve as the main point of contact for 12 assigned agency accounts.

Manage day-to-day agency requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Liaise with internal teams to coordinate in-house and consultancy requests.

Prepare proposals for agency endorsement.
Requirements:

Experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal coordination.
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
