Key tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support for Career Festival and Career Forward execution.
  • Support MarComms inventory management, including stocktaking and upkeep of corporate collaterals and materials.
  • Assist with procurement and finance administration, such as preparing Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, and managing required documentation.
  • Maintain and organise MarComms digital filing systems, including SharePoint folders, templates, and trackers.
  • Provide backend coordination support, including monitoring of contact centre escalations and routing matters to the appropriate parties.
  • Help maintain accurate staff movement and escalation information to ensure smooth contact centre workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Possess good written and verbal communications skills
  • Meticulous & Independent with good coordination skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Able to work with multiple internal stakeholders concurrently in a fast-paced environment and a team player.

Duration/ Working hours:

3 months contract (Subject to extend) Immediate

Workday: Monday to Friday

Work hours: 830am – 6pm
