Senior Project Specialist (Safety Policy & Consultancy Study)

• Develop and review safety checklists for ground operations

• Review procurement clauses to ensure practical safety measures by vendors

• Conduct safety briefings for new hires and milestone courses (offsite)

• Consolidate and align safety management systems in high-risk divisions

• Organise and coordinate external best-practice visits

• Support consultancy studies on Safety Management Systems (SMS)

• Assist in developing and implementing Third-Party Risk Management frameworks

• Support supervisors on safety policies and related matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards

• Experience in safety management systems, risk assessment, or vendor management

• Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

1 year contract (Immediate)
