About the job Gallery Operations Assistant (Kent Ridge)
The agency contract staff will support day-to-day gallery operations, including:

Manage individual and group bookings, schedules, and docent deployment

Coordinate logistics with security and facilities teams

Support publicity activities with the Communications team

Prepare gallery systems and spaces before opening
-
Provide on-site visitor support and ensure smooth operations
-
Conduct guided tours when required
-
Collect visitor feedback and compile basic visitor statistics

Support special events and other assigned duties
Requirements

Interest in Singapores history and community building
-
Strong administrative, planning, and communication skills
-
Fluent in spoken and written English
-
Able to stand for extended periods and conduct guided tours
-
Willing to work on weekends
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Jan 2026)
5-day work week (4 weekdays and Saturday)
42 hours per week
