Job Scope
As a Manager (Partnership), your work will directly shape how we collaborate with organisations to create meaningful opportunities for young people to thrive, lead, and contribute to our nation's future. Your role centres on three key areas:
1. Develop Partnerships. Collaborate with organisations to co-create and support initiatives that address the evolving needs and aspirations of youth in Singapore.
2. Stakeholder Engagement. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust-based relationships that enhance youth engagement and development outcomes.
3. Grants Management. Administering relevant grants that provide essential support to youth sector organisations.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
- Experience in managing funding schemes, including application processes, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with youth trends, challenges, and opportunities in Singapores social landscape.
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to upholding transparent and responsible grant practices.
