About the job ICT Executive (Tampines)

  • Provide ICT technical support and manage helpdesk requests (password resets, device troubleshooting, application installation, etc.).

  • Manage user accounts on administrative portals (e.g., Apple School Manager, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Adobe Admin Portal) following MOE and school guidelines.

  • Support ICT/AV infrastructure, stock management, device loans, and insurance claims.

  • Assist in event/lesson recordings, video production, and AV setups for school activities.

  • Recommend and support procurement of ICT and AV resources.

  • Perform diagnostics and maintenance of computing and AV devices.

  • Support school-based ICT initiatives under guidance of HOD/ICT and ICT Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years experience in a school ICT environment, preferably with iPad PDLP Computing.

  • Proficient in ICT systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.

  • Skills in photography, videography, graphic design, or animation.

  • Good communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

Mondays to Thursdays: 7:15am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 45min lunch
break
Fridays: 7:15am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
Time-off will be given for working beyond working hours.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays. However, at times may call upon to work on Weekends
when there are special events that require ICT support, time-off will
be given for hours of work on Weekends.
