Seeking a proactive and organized team player to support our innovation programmes. You will coordinate events, manage communications, and ensure smooth administrative processes.
Responsibilities:

Manage communications for programmes, including eDMs, articles, and stakeholder updates

Review funding requests for innovation projects

Coordinate events (e.g., MSE Awards, Public Service Week) and liaise with stakeholders

Support meetings and post-award follow-ups
Requirements:

2–3 years of relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Canva

Strong written and spoken English; good communication skills

Proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Event coordination or admin support experience a plus
6 months (Jan 2026)
42 hours per week
