Support the Finance team by managing and optimizing data for reporting, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to consolidate data from enterprise systems, including Workday RAAS

  • Build and optimize data models to support Finance reporting and analytics workloads

  • Ensure data quality, observability, and compliance with PDPA and internal security policies

  • Automate workflows and support CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices for consistency

  • Collaborate with Finance analysts and data science teams to provision curated datasets for dashboards, reporting, and AI/ML use cases

  • Produce clear technical documentation and align solutions with business needs

Requirements / Skills:

Essential:

  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data processing and automation

  • Experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development and data modeling

  • Knowledge of data quality, governance, and enterprise system integration (Workday RAAS preferred)

  • Familiarity with CI/CD principles, version control, and workflow automation

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Exposure to data orchestration frameworks and infrastructure automation

  • Knowledge of AI/ML enablement and data governance frameworks

Duration/ Working hours:

11 months & 30 days contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
