Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary investigations and fact-finding interviews for minor incidents
- Collect statements, compile evidence, and prepare structured reports
- Supervise student detention and IGNITE+ programmes
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and follow up on absentees
- Support in-house suspension and manage students out of class
- Liaise with teachers to ensure learning continuity
- Perform data entry for discipline records (late-coming, offences, interventions)
- Compile discipline statistics and monitor reporting channels
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student information
- Assist in reviewing discipline processes during school holidays
- Undertake other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google tools
- Preferably 3 years' experience in uniformed services (e.g. Police, Prison Service) with youth-related case work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask, work independently and as part of a team
- Calm and composed when handling challenging student situations
Duration/ Working hours:
20 months contract (May 2026 to Dec 2027)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
