About the job Assistant Manager/Programmes (Bras Basah)

Seeking a passionate and organised individual to support museum-based learning programmes for Secondary school students and other school visits.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate programmes, liaise with schools, manage bookings, and support logistics
  • Assist in training Museum Educators and updating programme materials

  • Analyse feedback and prepare post-programme evaluation reports
    Support ad hoc education activities

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Arts, Social Sciences, or related field with interest in Singapore history
  • 2+ years' experience in programming, outreach, or coordination; fresh graduates welcome

  • Enjoys working with students in a dynamic environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work weekends/public holidays on an ad hoc basis

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (June 2026 to May 2027)

 Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6pm
