Job Responsibilities

  • Support student discipline, behaviour management, and intervention programmes.
  • Supervise and mentor students requiring behavioural or emotional support.
  • Manage pull-out/chill-out rooms and in-house suspension arrangements.
  • Assist in de-escalating student incidents and supporting investigations.
  • Maintain discipline records, reports, and case documentation.
  • Work closely with school leaders, counsellors, and case management teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in youth work, social work, counselling, education support, student management, mentoring, or related fields.
  • Experience in schools, behavioural intervention, case management, or investigation work will be an advantage.
  • Able to engage and mentor youths effectively, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically and mentally fit to manage student discipline matters.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic IT skills.
  • Experience supporting adolescents with behavioural, emotional, attendance, or discipline-related needs is preferred.

Duration/ Working hours:

10 months contract (Aug 2026 to  Jun 2027)

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
Non-Service Period
Service shall not be required during the school vacation period in
December 2026.
