Job Responsibilities

  • Collect and review supporting documents.
  • Generate and process invoices and payments.
  • Perform administrative duties assigned by the Admin Manager.
  • Conduct data entry for accounting transactions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Process accruals and journal adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for submission to the School Management Committee (SMC).
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

Requirements

  • GCE 'O' Level or higher qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in administration and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting software.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience working in a school environment will be an advantage.

Duration/Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) (Jul 2026 to 30 Jun 27)

Total working days per month: 15

Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch
break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Other days to be arranged separately with the staff
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
