About the job Admin Support Staff (Clementi)
- To attend to enquiries including walk-in, call-in and follow up with
customers enquiries;
- To administer first aid and keep a record of sick/injured students;
- To manage incoming and outgoing mails
- To assist in receiving and distribution of goods;
- To assist in filing, recording of lost-and-found items and perform
other ad-hoc and simple administrative duties as and when necessary
Requirement:
Minimally N Level or equivalent;
Is able to speak English and need to liaise Mandarin speaking client
Possess a pleasant personality and ability to provide front desk
services including phone enquiries;
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications. Must be able
to learn new ICT skills and applications;
Should preferably have similar working experience in a school
environment.
Preferably First Aid Certified
Duration/ Working hours:
1 year contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays: 7am to 5pm, Wednesdays, Thursdays:
7am to 4.30pm, inclusive of one (1) hour lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazette public holidays
