About the job Receptionist (Sembawang)

  • Attend to phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally

  • Provide general administrative support to the Principal and Vice-Principals

  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and record-keeping

  • Support coordination of meetings, events, and daily office operations

  • Handle other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Minimum O-Level qualification

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Duraton / Working hours:

1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 7:30am to 5.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Friday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
