Key Focus:

Handle straightforward cases (e.g. bird sightings, population management, noise complaints)

Support OICs on complex cases (e.g. feeding incidents, crow attacks)
Requirements:

Relevant experience in public engagement

Strong written, interpersonal & communication skills

Able to work independently
Degree / Diploma / A Level
Duration/Working hours:
5 months contract
42 hours per week
