About the job Admin Assistant (Tampines)

  • Handle reception duties: phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and deliveries.

  • Assist students in the sick bay and liaise with teachers/parents.

  • Manage school email, filing, data entry, and document creation.

  • Support administrative projects, meetings, and events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or WSQ Certification in Office Management or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of school administrative experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Mail.

Duration/ Working hours:

12 months contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026

Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
