Temp Service Staff (Woodlands)

• Assist members of the public with Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) submissions, Special Assistance Lanes (SAL), and QR code submissions.
• Guide bus travellers on the use of automated clearance gates.
• Support traffic flow management at train arrival areas and bus halls.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma, A Level, O Level, or NITEC qualification.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.

Duration/ Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

Shift 1 (6 days/week)

• 5 weekdays and 1 Saturday
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am 3:00pm (Morning) / 3:00pm 10:00pm (Afternoon)
• Saturday: 8:00am 3:00pm (Morning) / 3:00pm 10:00pm (Afternoon)
• Sunday: Rest day
• Staff will alternate between morning and afternoon shifts weekly

Shift 2 (6 days/week)

• 5 weekdays and 1 Sunday
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am 3:00pm (Morning) / 3:00pm 10:00pm (Afternoon)
• Saturday: Rest day
• Sunday: 8:00am 3:00pm (Morning) / 3:00pm 10:00pm (Afternoon)
• Staff will alternate between morning and afternoon shifts weekly

Shift 3 (3 days/week)

• Friday to Sunday: 3:00pm 8:00pm
