  • Support project administration for leadership programmes and EES-related activities

  • Coordinate workshops, HOD Forums, and 360 feedback projects

  • Plan and manage event logistics, including venues, materials, and service providers

  • Assist with communications: eDMs, posters, and employee engagement campaigns

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, HRD subscriptions, and intranet operations

Requirements:

  • Singapore Citizen

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); web design skills a plus

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently under tight timelines with attention to detail

  • Experience with illustration/video tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut) preferred

  • Prior experience in systems or events management is a bonus

Duration/Working hours:

1 year contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
