About the job Receptionist (Bartley)
- Manage the reception counter and handle calls, enquiries, and visitors.

Attend to deliveries and provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, laminating, packing, etc.).

Support sickbay operations and provide basic first aid to students when required.

Handle lost and found items and students leaving school early.

Maintain tidiness of the reception and sickbay areas.

Assist in packing and relocation preparations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

GCE N Level or equivalent.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception or general admin, preferably in a school environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pleasant, approachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
12 months contract (1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 45 minutes
lunch break.
Fridays: 6:30am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break.
Lunch break is from 12.30pm to 1.15pm.
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays.
