About the job Youth Worker (Tampines)
- Provide counselling, mentorship, and emotional support to students.

Identify underlying social, emotional, or academic issues and plan targeted interventions.

Conduct individual and group engagement programmes, including after-school activities and bridging programmes.

Liaise with parents, school staff, and external agencies when required.

Maintain proper documentation of counselling and engagement activities.

Share counselling tips and strategies with teachers and stakeholders.
Requirements:

Degree in Counselling or equivalent.

Experience working with teenagers.

Skilled in engaging students via digital platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram).

Strong professional ethics and adherence to school SOPs.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and participate in ongoing professional development
