Administrative functions
1. Check consultants inputs of project details in variation order forms;
2. Check consultants' submissions against established checklist;
3. Maintain an accurate inventory of all variation orders received from consultants;
4. Review and verify payment supporting documents for assigned projects before submitting to Contract Manager for Good Receipt processing against established checklist;
5. Conduct detailed assessment of consultants' variation submissions for assigned projects before routing to Contract Manager for Workflow approval against established checklist; and
6. Any other duties assigned.
Requirement
- Proficient in English and possess Quantity Surveyor related qualification or past working experience in construction related position.
- Min. Diploma in related Building, Quantity Surveying and Construction
Duration/Working hours:
4 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
