Job Responsibilities
- Support discipline team in managing latecomers, detention, and suspension cases.
- Conduct patrols within and outside school compound during and after school hours.
- Assist in basic investigation of discipline cases and documentation.
- Provide guidance and basic support to students involved in discipline matters.
- Support school events with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in data entry, tracking, and record maintenance.
Requirements & Preferred Attributes
- Minimum secondary school education.
- At least 1 year of experience working with students/teenagers (discipline-related experience preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative tasks.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage students, parents, and teachers.
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet targets.
Duration/Working hours:
1 month contract continue 7 mths, 3 days, 4 mths (Option to extend another 5 mths, 5 days, 4 mths)
- Mondays and Wednesdays: 7.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Tuesdays and Thursdays: 7.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Fridays: 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., inclusive of 1 hour lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
- Service not required on these period:
- During year-end school holidays in November and December 2026 and 2027.
- During mid-year school holidays in June 2027 and 2028
