About the job Temporary Assistant Manager (Newton)

  • Conduct one-to-one outreach to potential grant applicants

  • Engage with coffee shop operators via cold calls

  • Explain grant requirements and eligibility criteria

  • Perform preliminary verification of grant applications, including site visits

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of applicant documents

  • Manage communications and clarifications with applicants and stakeholders

  • Support applicants in meeting grant requirements

  • Perform any other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Meticulous with an eye for detail

  • Experience in grants processing or public engagement is an advantage

Duration/ working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
