About the job Temporary Assistant Manager (Newton)
- Conduct one-to-one outreach to potential grant applicants

Engage with coffee shop operators via cold calls

Explain grant requirements and eligibility criteria

Perform preliminary verification of grant applications, including site visits

Ensure accuracy and completeness of applicant documents

Manage communications and clarifications with applicants and stakeholders

Support applicants in meeting grant requirements

Perform any other assigned tasks
Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant work experience
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Ability to work independently
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Meticulous with an eye for detail

Experience in grants processing or public engagement is an advantage
6 months contract (Immediate)
42 hours per week
