Food Lab Assistant (Bukit Batok)

• Assist teachers in preparing food order lists and ingredients for practical lessons.

• Check quantity and quality of delivered groceries/goods.

• Prepare ingredients, equipment, and materials before lessons.

• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of food labs, utility room, utensils, and equipment.

• Support teachers during practical sessions.

• Dispose of refuse promptly and properly.

• Wash and fold tea towels, tablecloths, and other materials.

• Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off after lessons.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

• Experience in school laboratories or food-related environments.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the food lab.

5 months contract (Immediate)

Monday to Friday: 7am to 3pm
