About the job Manager/Assistant Manager (Newton)

  • Support HR Business Partners in manpower planning and workforce initiatives across the organisation
  • Work closely with division leaders to understand hiring needs and provide practical HR support and solutions
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including talent sourcing, interview arrangements, candidate engagement, onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Handle day-to-day employee queries and provide timely HR support on staff matters
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
  • Support HR projects, process reviews, and administrative duties as assigned
  • Liaise and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Meticulous, resourceful, organised, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior HR or recruitment experience will be an advantage

Duration/Working hours:

4 months contract (Immediate)

Mon to Fri: 42 hours per week
