About the job Executive/Senior Executive (Toa Payoh)
The Corporate Administration team supports the smooth and effective functioning of the organisation by overseeing office administration, facilities coordination, staff welfare, staff support, and operational processes. The team also provides cross-departmental administrative support to meet organisational needs, ensuring operations remain efficient, well-coordinated, and responsive.
The temporary hire will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the continuity of key Corporate Administration functions and cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of stationery and pantry supplies, inventory management, and printer administration
- HR administrative support, including onboarding of staff and interns, locker allocation, staff directory maintenance, admin briefings, and coordination of orientation and exit processes
- Coordination of staff welfare initiatives, including birthday and farewell arrangements, as well as preparation of appreciation gifts for departing and long-serving staff
- Organisation of team activities such as lunches, workplan retreats, and office-wide spring cleaning
- Support for cross-departmental and inter-unit functions, including handling general enquiries, internship administration, coordination of outreach activities, processing of allowance or payment requests for programme contributors, photoshoot coordination, and updates to website content
Job Requirements
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally at all levels
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and willing to support a wide range of operational and administrative tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Canva would be an advantage
Prior experience in administrative, operations support, customer service, or office management roles is preferred
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Aug 2026 to Aug 2027)
Monday to Friday : 42 hours per week
